1. Open an Article Set IF necessary with the File > Open Default Article Table (⇧⌘O) command.
2. Select an article with the Articles > New Quiz (⌃⌘N) command.The sheet for making a quiz is shown below:

3. Select Edit Checkbox (⌘E) if necessary so new information can be entered. (De-select this checkox whenever you are concerned about inadvertant editing while navigating throughout the quiz.)
4. The Quiz Mode can be set to either Multiple Choice or Mulitiple Answers. The latter option permits you to have between 0 and 5 correct answers per question so you can make the questions arbitrarily diffficult for gifted students.
5. Enter a Quiz Title in the Quiz Title text field.
6. Enter the question and possible answeres in their respective text fields. You can easily navigate through these fields with the the tab keys.
7. Select the correct answer with one of the Correct checkboxes (⌘1 through ⌘5).
8. Make the next question by clicking the Add Button (⇧⌘A) and repeating steps 5 and 6. The shortcut keys expedite the process of making a quiz..
9. To insert or delte a question, navigate to the question of interest with the Previous ( ⌘[ ) or Next ( ⌘] ) buttons and use the Insert (⌘I) or Delete (⌘⌫) commands.
10. Save Changes "as you go" without closing the sheet by clicking the Update Quiz Button (⇧⌘S).
11. Save the quiz and close the sheet with the Save Button (⌘S) or just close the sheet without saving by clicking the Close Button (⌘.).
